A1: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization.

A2: By Sea, By Air cargo, or by Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc)
Q3. What is the delivery time?
A3: Generally, for the regular quantity it takes about 9 to 15 days. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of the order.
Q4. Can you produce according to the samples?
A4: Yes, we can produce your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q5. How can I get a quote?
A5: Please send us an inquiry and offer the specifications of the products, such as size, thickness, finish, etc.
Q6: Do you offer free design?
A6: Yes, of course. any stock one.
Q7: How to place my order?
A7: First, send us your design file, then we can make the proof for you. Second, you confirm the proof. (if any need modify we can modify it and resend your proof)Third, we make an invoice for you and you finish the payment. Fourth, We will arrange production after receiving the payment. Fifth, send the goods to you and tell you the tracking number.
